Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the sales plan for wholesale channels
  • Build and strengthen relationships with pharmacies, retailers, distributors, and key accounts
  • Develop commercial policy proposals and monitor KPIs to ensure measurable growth in sales and profitability
  • Negotiate commercial terms, discounts, and promotional activities with partners
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities within wholesale networks
  • Lead, guide, and develop the wholesale sales team
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and professional events
  • Align the sales strategy with communication and promotional campaigns implemented by the Marketing department

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Director in FMCG, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical products
  • Experience in wholesale channels (pharmacies, retailers, distributors)
  • Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills
  • Excellent command of Greek and English
  • Ability to travel within Greece and abroad
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems and sales data analysis
  • Strong leadership and team-development capabilities
