Responsibilities
- Design and implement the sales plan for wholesale channels
- Build and strengthen relationships with pharmacies, retailers, distributors, and key accounts
- Develop commercial policy proposals and monitor KPIs to ensure measurable growth in sales and profitability
- Negotiate commercial terms, discounts, and promotional activities with partners
- Monitor market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities within wholesale networks
- Lead, guide, and develop the wholesale sales team
- Represent the company at trade fairs and professional events
- Align the sales strategy with communication and promotional campaigns implemented by the Marketing department
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Director in FMCG, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical products
- Experience in wholesale channels (pharmacies, retailers, distributors)
- Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills
- Excellent command of Greek and English
- Ability to travel within Greece and abroad
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems and sales data analysis
- Strong leadership and team-development capabilities
